Standard Delivery

My Lovely Baby website order offers Standard Delivery service and delivers your parcel to home or appointed address across Malaysia.

After the payment is confirmed, orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items, plus the delivery location.
Estimate delivery time:
- West Malaysia: 2 - 7 working days
- East Malaysia: 7 - 14 working days
Order during Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday will process on the next working day.
Items in same order as Pre-Order items usually will shipped along with Pre-order items.
Enjoy Free Shipping for standard delivery when you purchase above RM300.

Terms & Conditions: -

Wooden Baby Cots are not applicable for standard delivery.
Select 'Sabah/Sarawak' state for Labuan area as system limitation.
During peak season / festive periods, the delivery may take a longer time. It is advised to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before, or Self Pick-up / Same Day Delivery for urgent order.

Screenshot the payment confirmation pagethat contains your order ID number.

Step 3
WhatsApp us your Order ID and delivery address for us to check delivery rates.
Delivery Rates flat price from RM20.

Step 4
Once My Lovely Baby Team confirmed your order, will need 1-3 hours for stock preparation time.

Step 5
My Lovely Baby Team will share the tracking link once the stock is ready.

Same Day Delivery arranged only AFTER order & delivery fees payment confirmed by My Lovely Baby Team.
Kindly select [ Shipping Method: Self Pickup ] if your address is not in the system detection area, remark "Same Day Delivery" in customer comment.
Pre-order items or items pending stock in, the delivery will arrange on the day warehouse received the ready stock on hand.
Delivery only arrange for order after received full payment for the deivery fees.

The pick-up in store option allows you to order online & pick up your purchase at our Puchong HQ during your selected date & time slot.

Screenshot the payment confirmation page that contains your order ID number.

WhatsApp us your Order ID and your pick-up preferable date & time.
Preferable at least 1 working day before.

Step 4
Once My Lovely Baby Team confirmed your order, you will receive the screenshot of your order receipt.

Step 5
Go to our Puchong HQ and show the receipt screenshot at the ground floor counter.
