- Please retain your original purchase receipt ( hardcopy / softcopy ) for verification purpose and warranty claim.
- Car seats manufacture warranty cover for manufacture mechanism only, normal wear and tear not included.
- Car Seat Crash Exchange Programs are voluntary exchange program. Claims for accident before registration will be invalid.
- The warranty term differs from one brand to another, please kindly refer to corresponding brand warranty term for accuracy.
